Recently, the Center for Social Liaison and Exchange Cooperation of the All-China Women's Federation has released the 2026 list of demonstration projects under the "Female Hand-in-Hand Program" for supporting and cultivating women's social organizations to participate in grassroots governance. A total of 15 support projects and 320 cultivation projects were selected. Among them, 11 projects from Jiangsu Province made the list, and the "Little Warm Sprout" Parent-Child Family Education Project (submitted by Liyang Jibeike Family Education Guidance Center) stood out as the only project selected from the Changzhou area.

The "Little Warm Sprout" Parent-Child Family Education Project closely adheres to the main theme of "empowering family education with technology and safeguarding growth with care." Focusing on families with children aged 0-12, it innovatively creates a distinctive service model of "artificial intelligence + family education."

The project deeply collaborates with Women's Federation executive committee members at all levels within its jurisdiction, and builds a all-encompassing service system that combines precise family education guidance, regular parent-child reading promotion, targeted delivery of customized materials, and AI-powered companionship. This system extends the reach of grassroots services, smooths service channels, and breaks through the "last mile" of accessible family education services for the public, thereby promoting evidence-based parenting to take root and yield tangible results.
