On September 23, the 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition concluded in Zhengzhou, Henan province. Changzhou sent 24 competitors to take part in 21 events, winning 4 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals, along with 10 excellence awards — ranking first in Jiangsu Province in terms of gold medals, total medals, and number of winners.
The National Vocational Skills Competition is China's highest-level, largest-scale, and most comprehensive national event for professional skills.
This year's competition, themed "Skills Illuminate the Future," featured 106 events in total — including 66 qualifying events for the WorldSkills Competition and 40 selected national events. Altogether, 3,420 contestants from across the country took part in the event.
