On May 27, during his visit to Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, the Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic attended an investment exchange and project signing conference. As one of the participants, Xingyu Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd, a company based in Changzhou, signed the investment contract for Phase II serbian factory on-site.
As a leading brand in China's self-developed auto lamp sector, Xingyu Co., Ltd. has always focused on globalized development. Serbia serves as a key production and technology base in Europe. With Phase I investment agreement signed in May 2019, Phase I factory was completed in 2022 and has entered mass production, serving mainstream auto brands including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Skoda. The Phase II project will focus on smart auto lighting and electric businesses, further enhancing the company's tech strengths and production capacity in the European market.
According to latest data, in the first quarter of 2026, Xingyu Co., Ltd. registered a revenue of 3.43 billion yuan, up by 10.84% compared with last year, with a net profit standing at 355 million yuan, up by 10.26%, maintaining sound and steady growth.
In recent years, the company has expanded its global presence, with several overseas entities established across Mexico, the US, Serbia and etc. By the end of last September, the company boasted 12 global factories and 15 R&D centers. In 2025, its overseas revenue reached 634 million yuan, among which the subsidiary in Serbia contributed 430 million yuan.
Looking forward, the company will accelerate the construction of Phase II project in Serbia, and further expand its market share of auto lamps in Europe. Meanwhile, with a focus on the North American market, the company will continue to expand its global market presence, marching steadily towards the goal of becoming a world-class leading enterprise in the auto lighting industry.
