On July 10, the Urban All-Domain AI Industrial Scenarios Demonstration Applications Conference took place in Changzhou. The event aims to accelerate the AI application in industrial scenarios and build Changzhou into a national demonstration in AI agent deployment. Mayor Zhou Wei attended the conference and delivered a speech.

In his remarks, Mayor Zhou pointed out that Changzhou is a national base for advanced manufacturing and a regional powerhouse for sci-tech innovation. The strong industrial foundation has created abundant scenarios for AI application. In recent years, following national strategies, Changzhou has aimed to become a national model city for "intelligent agents + scenario-based applications," with strategic deployments in the three major sectors of electric power, computing power, and storage capacity. The city has rolled out 66 typical application cases of intelligent agents, implemented 184 typical application scenarios, gathered over 140 embodied intelligence-related enterprises, and developed a number of benchmark scenarios such as autonomous driving and unmanned intelligent warehouses.  

Looking ahead, Changzhou hopes to join hands with all parties to explore institutional innovations in unmanned equipment operation management, dynamic right-of-way regulation, low-altitude collaborative operations, and city-level platform operations. The goal is to facilitate the real-world validation, iterative improvement, and large-scale application of more unmanned intelligent equipment in authentic settings, striving to establish Changzhou as a national-level benchmark zone for the integrated development of "smart cities and intelligent transportation," as well as a Yangtze River Delta industrial cluster for "spatiotemporal intelligence and applications."

At the event, Jingyue Technology launched the "Jingyue Unmanned Logistics National Operation Partner Program" and awarded licenses to the first batch of partners. A six-party signing ceremony was held for the Changzhou Unmanned Logistics Pilot Operation Demonstration Project. Changzhou National High-tech Zone, China Post, Jiangsu Mobile, Amap, Jingyue Technology, and Geely Yuancheng pledged to jointly carry out operational demonstrations covering right-of-way opening, unmanned vehicle supply, and spatiotemporal infrastructure. Together, they aim to explore a new model of unmanned logistics operations that starts from Changzhou and can be replicated and promoted to more cities.

Also at the conference, a space-based intelligence consortium, jointly established by Xinbei District, Amap, Xinggui Huilian Co., Ltd., and Histar Link Co., Ltd. was launched. This consortium will provide three-dimensional spatial data support for the full-space unmanned systems and jointly build an integrated industrial ecosystem for the coordinated development of "space satellites, low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles, and ground unmanned vehicles."

Experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Southeast University, and other institutions of higher learning, representatives from relevant regions including Nanjing Jiangbei New Area and Hangzhou Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, as well as key enterprise representatives from across the industrial chain and specially invited guests, gathered at the event for exchanges and interactions.
