From June to October this year, the Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions, in collaboration with the Changzhou Workers’ Cultural Palace, will offer 50 free training sessions on artificial intelligence applications under the “AI Trade Union” programme. These courses, part of the Changzhou Workers’ Night School initiative, are open to all local enterprises and employees, aiming to equip the workforce with essential skills for the AI era.
Organisers have partnered with the School of Artificial Intelligence at Jiangsu University of Technology, bringing together renowned educators and technical experts from across the country. The programme will deliver customised training sessions tailored to the needs of different industries—either directly on company premises or in immersive classroom settings at the Workers’ Night School.
The curriculum spans foundational AI theories, practical tool applications, and industry-specific case studies. From boosting workplace efficiency to driving innovation in enterprise management and product development, the training is designed to help participants identify the most relevant knowledge and skill paths for their own careers, ensuring the learning is both practical and impactful.
