As a disruptive technology shaping the future, synthetic biology requires a catalyst to accelerate its journey from the laboratory to the production line. On December 26, such a catalyst emerged with the unveiling of the Yijie Xinfenghui West Taihu Lake Synthetic Biology Public Service Platform.
The platform is developed by Changzhou Timerein Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and is dedicated to providing technical support, resource sharing, and industrial empowerment for research institutes, universities, and enterprises in the field of synthetic biology. By integrating advanced equipment with specialized services, the platform lowers R&D barriers, accelerates the transition from fundamental research to industrial application, and continuously promotes the implementation of more high-quality and breakthrough achievements.
As a key “Longcheng Talent” project introduced by Changzhou, Timerein Biotechnology primarily focuses on the medical aesthetics sector and has established cooperation with institutions including Mylike Medical Aesthetics, Lancy Group, and SoYoung.
In active response to the national 15th Five-Year Plan strategy for future industries and Changzhou’s industrial development priorities, the company fully leverages the research strengths of Nanjing Normal University, Anhui Medical University, and Changzhou University to jointly build industry–academia–research collaboration platforms. By relying on biomanufacturing technologies, Timerein is advancing green industrial upgrading and achieving iterative breakthroughs in product development.
