Recently, a signing ceremony was held at the NATUS Power Equipment Industrial Park in Tianning District, Changzhou, to mark the establishment of NATUS Fangwei (Jiangsu) Power Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture focused on NATUS-branded busway systems.

The establishment of the joint venture marks a major step in NATUS Group's strategy to expand and strengthen its presence in the power busway sector, laying the foundation for the company's further growth in the market.

Comprehensive products and services

Building on the technological expertise and brand resources of NATUS Electric Group, the new busway subsidiary offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Its solutions serve a wide range of applications, including data centers, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, rail transit, and new energy power stations. The portfolio covers high- and low-voltage busways, fire-resistant busways, and cast-resin busways, complemented by end-to-end services spanning solution design, R&D and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance.

Backed by NATUS Germany GmbH & Co. KG, the owner of the NATUS brand, and as the exclusive manufacturer of NATUS-branded busway products in the Chinese mainland, NATUS Fangwei will adhere to NATUS Germany's technical standards and quality management systems. By applying German engineering expertise and rigorous quality standards, the company aims to deliver busbway products and supporting services that meet the brand's established quality standards.

German standards, made in Changzhou

The joint venture combines German power distribution technology and quality standards with China's advanced manufacturing capabilities, supported by a comprehensive quality management system covering the entire production process. From raw material selection and manufacturing process control to final product inspection, every stage is subject to rigorous quality checks and aligned with international standards, ensuring reliable electrical performance and safety.

At the same time, the joint venture draws on the Group's local manufacturing facilities and well-established supply chain network to capitalize on the efficiency and responsiveness of local production. While maintaining high international quality standards, it offers customers shorter delivery times, solutions tailored to local needs, and more responsive technical and after-sales support — delivering the combined advantages of German quality and local service.

NATUS Germany GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1956. NATUS Electric Group is NATUS Germany's only Sino-German joint venture in China, and has been operating a manufacturing facility in Tianning District since 2009. The NATUS Power Equipment Industrial Park, where the signing ceremony was held, serves as the Group's comprehensive R&D and manufacturing base for the Asia-Pacific region. To date, eight supporting companies have established operations in the park.
