On October 26, Mr. Justin Chiu, the chairman of Changzhou Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and the executive director of Cheung Kong Group, led a group with 20 members to visit Changzhou.
　　Justin Chiu, native of Changzhou, joined the Cheung Kong Group in 1997 and served as the executive director in 2000. In 2008, he initiated the establishment of the Changzhou Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and served as chairman. In recent years, he led the overseas business friends to frequently visit Changzhou every year. This time, he led the young chamber members to investigate the urban construction projects of Wujin district and Xinbei district, especially inspected the Xinlong Business Project of Xinbei district.
