On July 16, Longxin Smart Equipment Co., Ltd. was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE), with the stock code 920117. That marks the number of listed companies in Changzhou totaled to 90, among which 10 were listed in the BSE, ranking third among similar cities in China.
Longxin is a national "Little Giant" enterprise supplying special, innovative and high-tech products. The company primarily manufactures high-end micro-nano composite material preparation equipment and automated production lines. It provides high-end intelligent equipment and total solutions for customers across multiple industries, including lithium battery materials, photovoltaic slurries, fine chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals, and resource recycling and utilization.
The company boasts outstanding technical capabilities and has participated in the drafting and formulation of national industry standards and group standards. It has established a national-level engineering technology testing base as well as multiple provincial-level R&D platforms. Furthermore, it has built long-term and stable cooperative relationships with leading industry players such as CATL, BTR, CALB, and Gotion High-Tech.
The public offering price is set at RMB 17.83 per share, with total proceeds amounting to RMB 400 million. The raised funds will be primarily used for the expansion project of intelligent micro-nano material production equipment and supporting automated production lines, the large-scale automated equipment construction project, and the R&D center project. These initiatives aim to further expand the company's production capacity, enhance its R&D capabilities, optimize its product mix, strengthen its market competitiveness and brand influence, and achieve sustained growth in business scale.
As an international renowned city in smart manufacturing and a regional powerhouse for innovation, Changzhou has continuously deepened the market-oriented reform of capital factors, developing a full-chain cultivation system for different types of premium companies to dock with the capital market. In the first half of this year, sixteen companies filed for listing, including six applied to the BSE, the number of which ranked among the top in China. At present, a tiered system has been formed, including 3 companies awaiting registration approval, 21 with pending applications under review and 22 back-up ones to be listed. The number of A-share companies under review ranks third among cities of the same tier nationwide.
