Recently, nine incubators in Changzhou have passed the appraisal of National Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) carried out by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology. Among them, Changzhou Sanjing World Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. was rated as class-A national incubator. Up to now, there are a total of 73 class-A national incubators in China, six of which are in Jiangsu Province.

Changzhou Sanjing is a national technology business incubator established by Sanjing Subdistrict Office in Xinbei District. In recent years, the company has introduced a large number of high-tech talents. Among the founders of businesses incubated in Sanjing, there are one foreign academician and 12 experts of the One Thousand Talents Scheme. As an important incubation base for  innovation and entrepreneurship in Changzhou National High-tech District (CND), the company focuses on electronic information, light mechanical and electrical integration, and new materials, and has established an incubation chain of “nursery-incubator-accelerator”, which contributes to a complete “ecosystem” for the growth of technology enterprises through effective integration of various recourses and services.
