From 7 to 9 September, a delegation from City of Wyndham, Australia, led by Deputy Mayor Josh Gilligan, visited Changzhou. On 9 September morning, the delegation was received by Deputy Mayor Pan Dongling.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on deepening ties and expanding cooperation. Since forging a sister-city relationship in 2019, Changzhou and Wyndham have steadily strengthened exchanges in trade, education and culture. Last year, the two cities signed a memorandum of understanding to deepen industrial collaboration and youth exchanges.

While in Changzhou, the delegation toured key sites including Changzhou Science and Education Town, Changzhou University, BYD's Changzhou plant and the Hongmei Park International Friendship Forest.
