On January 27, China Certification–National Innovation Testing Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam National Accreditation Bureau (BoA) and issued the country’s first BoA-accredited certificate to Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd.

The BoA is Vietnam’s sole national accreditation body, operating under the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (Ministry of Science and Technology). It oversees national standards, metrology, and quality certification, and coordinates the alignment of Vietnam’s standards system with international norms.

China Certification–National Innovation Testing Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in Tianning district’s inspection and testing sector, holds a top technical position in testing and certification services for new energy vehicles (NEVs).

The signing and certificate issuance represent a key milestone in the company’s efforts to expand its “one test, multilateral recognition” certification network for NEV exports. By providing efficient, high-quality local testing services combined with international market access support, the company aims to accelerate the global expansion of China’s new energy enterprises, particularly in ASEAN markets.

Under the agreement, both parties will strengthen cooperation in international quality infrastructure, deepen exchanges in standards development, certification systems, and testing technologies, and promote closer economic and trade ties through improved regulatory and standards alignment.
