Jiangsu Energy and Information Innovation Alliance for New Energy Automobiles established in Changzhou

On the morning of June 14, the Jiangsu Energy and Information Innovation Alliance for New Energy Automobiles was established in Changzhou. Yang Yusheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Shi Dingxi, a counselor of the State Council and the honorary chairman of the Alliance, and Xu Guanghui, a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and the direcitor of Changzhou Publicity Department of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, attended the unveiling ceremony.

The Alliance consists of 55 member units such as new energy auto vehicle companies, charging and replacement facility companies, and universities and research institutes. It aims to promote Industrial openness and cooperation of the new energy industry through the integration of technology advantages. .

The Jiangsu Energy and Information Innovation Center for New Energy Automobiles was established at the same time. It consists of 13 founding shareholders, such as Wanbang New Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 50 million yuan. It is the only provincial-level manufacturing innovation center in the new energy field.

In recent years, Changzhou has taken the lead in developing multiple application demonstrations of smart driving, smart road network and green charging through a forward-looking layout, gathering new industries such as automotive R&D, smart transportation applications, and vehicle networking. In the future, intelligent grid-linked vehicles and new energy will be the main targets.
