On Feb 28, the 2018 Wujin-Shanghai Economic and Trade Cooperation Week kicked off. Niutang Town signed a contract with Zhongnan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.to cooperate in the construction of the Zhizhi Yungu project with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan.

Founded in February 1988, Zhongnan Holdings Group was ranked 236th among the “Top 500 Chinese Enterprises”. The group has more than 50,000 employees and total assets of over 100 billion yuan. In 2017, it had an operating income of more than 150 billion yuan. The group has 262 companies, involved in eight major industrial sectors such as real estate, construction, industry, commerce, and risk control investments. Zhongnan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. is an important carrier for the strategic transformation of the group. It is committed to building high-tech industrial parks and practicing the development philosophy of city-industry integration.

According to the plan, Niutang Town will cooperate with Zhongnan Hi-Tech to develop high-end smart intellectual parks based on big data, precision instruments, high-end equipment manufacturing and electronic information. The park covers an area of 380 mu (about 25.33 hectares), with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan.
