On the morning of August 29, the Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce（CNAIC）released the list of Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises 2018 and the analysis report. 9 companies in Changzhou were shortlisted.

They are:

Zenith Steel Group Corporation (29th);

Yabang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (131st);

Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (169th);

Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. (286th);

Baixing Group Co., Ltd. (296th);

Eastern Group Co., Ltd. (321st);

Jiangsu Jinsheng Industry Co., Ltd. (392nd);

New Solar Group Co., Ltd. (417th); and

Jiangsu Guoqiang Galvanization Industrial Co., Ltd. (451st).

In addition, Changzhou’s Xincheng Group, Yuexing Group and Red Star Holdings applied for the evaluation in Shanghai, ranking 28th, 374th and 379th respectively in the list; and AAC Technologies applied for the evaluation in Guangdong province, ranking 352th.

This year’s criterion for top 500 private enterprises includes an annual operating income of at least 15.684 billion yuan, an increase of 3.632 billion from last year's 12.052 billion. Huawei Investment & Holding, Suning Holdings and Zhengwei International Holding ranked in the top three. A total of 86 companies in Jiangsu province were shortlisted.
