On Nov. 2, 2017 InnoSTARS Competition Matchmaking Seminar kicks off in Changzhou.

The seminar is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), hosted by China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC) and US China Innovation Alliance (UCIA), and organized by Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and the Administrative Committee of Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND).

The InnoSTARS Competition, with nonprofit and public service as the core, focuses on US-based innovators and startups that are interested in doing business in China and meet China's demand. The Competition is open to US-based innovative resources following the procedures of first-round selection, preliminary stage, semi-finals and finals, which is an effective way to bridge the China-US innovation cooperation and communication.

It is expected to promote the cooperation between US-based companies in fields of renewable energy and new materials and the relevant Chinese enterprises and research institutions to achieve mutual benefits and joint innovation.
