Recently, Zou Hongguo, chairman of the CPPCC Changzhou Municipal Committee and president of Changzhou People’s Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries (CZPAFFC), met with the delegation headed by Bai Suning, president of Jiangsu Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (JPAFFC).

Bai’s delegation visits Changzhou mainly to investigate CZPAFFC’s current situation and work plan in the 13th Five-Year Plan period.

Zou said that since its establishment, the CZPAFFC has been focusing on promoting exchanges and cooperation with various countries, including Germany, the United States, Japan, Australia, Brazil, and so on, in terms of economy, trade, science and technology, culture, education, health, etc. Going forward, the CZPAFFC will concentrate in extending cooperation with developed countries and emerging markets, expanding channels of friendship with the countries along the One Belt, One Road, and innovating the way of international exchange and communication.
