On January 11, the 2019 Changzhou Mobile Internet Conference was held at the Marriott Hotel. Vice Mayor Liang Yibo attended the conference and delivered a speech. 10 Internet industry elites from well-known companies such as Amazon, Baidu, Jingdong, Toutiao, Huitongda, and so on, discussed the new situation and the future of mobile Internet from the perspectives of Internet, mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, e-commerce, short video, smart logistics, etc.

It is reported that the conference was co-hosted by Changzhou Association of Electronic Commerce and Changzhou Association of Enterprise Informationization, and was co-organized by Changzhou Zhongwu Media Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Meililong Culture Media Co., Ltd. More than 960 people signed up for the conference, and the participants were mainly business owners and Internet entrepreneurs.

In recent years, Changzhou has focused on the “Internet+ Industry”, continuously promoting Internet applications at all levels and in various fields, in order to accelerate the transformation of production methods, social management and public services. In 2018, the city's e-commerce transaction volume exceeded 360 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20%. A number of vertical e-commerce platforms have emerged, and 19 provincial-level e-commerce villages and five provincial e-commerce makerspaces have been established. In particular, following the direction of industrial Internet applications, a series of active explorations have been carried out among the enterprises in traditional advantageous industries such as machinery, textiles, clothing, and chemicals, achieving new results in collaborative innovation, personalized customization, service-oriented manufacturing and  cultivation of new business models.

The Changzhou Mobile Internet Conference is an annual event of Changzhou’s Internet industry. Since its establishment five years ago, it has gradually become an important platform for the collision of ideas, innovation exchange and enhanced cooperation in the industry.
