On January 22, the human resources and employment authorities in Changzhou announced the commencement of a hundred-day service campaign, "Thousand Enterprises, Ten Thousand Positions." The primary objective is to extend employment services to 1,000 key enterprises across various industries in the city, with a special focus on those experiencing significant labor demand in areas like new energy, synthetic biology, and innovative enterprises utilizing special and sophisticated technologies. The overarching goal is to assist these companies in filling more than 10,000 job vacancies.

This comprehensive initiative comprises six measures aimed at supporting enterprises in a seamless post-Spring Festival resumption of work. These measures include targeted visits to key enterprises, tracking employment dynamics, real-time collection of job information, hosting job fairs, organizing labor service connections, and optimizing services to create a favorable atmosphere.

With a focus on key industries and enterprises, the initiative will promote employment policies such as vocational training subsidies, social security aid for unemployed individuals, subsidies for stabilizing employment, and employment subsidies for university graduates. These efforts will be implemented through various channels, both online and offline. Additional actions include the distribution of the "Changzhou Enterprise Employment Service Handbook," comprehensive promotion of the "Su Xin Pin" mini-program, and encouragement for job seekers to utilize these digital platforms for job applications.
