Recently, Wan Huanchun, chairman of Changzhou Changjiang Glass Co., Ltd., participated in the Investment Promotion Conference of Beijing Public Transport Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and Project Signing Ceremony.

The Beijing Public Transport Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in Lishui, Baoding, Hebei province, with a planned area of 5,020 mu (about 334.67 hectares), containing three functional blocks for new energy vehicle manufacturing, new energy auto parts manufacturing, and education R&D. In the future, the Industrial Park will provide intelligent new energy buses and related high-tech products for Beijing’s public transport.

Over the years, Changzhou Changjiang Glass has been dedicated to the production of bus glass, taking a lead in the domestic safety glass field with innovative products and excellent services. The built-in sliding window developed by the company has been widely applied to the buses in Beijing. During the Beijing Olympics 2008, over 10,000 buses in Beijing were installed with the company’s nano-insulation coated glass. In 2018, the mass-produced nano-insulation coated glass products have shown significant improvement in the thermal insulation indicators such as shading coefficient, heat transfer coefficient and emissivity. New energy vehicles using nano-insulating glass can increase the mileage by about 20%, and elevate the safety, comfort, heat insulation, radiation protection and energy-saving performance of auto glass to a new level.
