On the afternoon of October 24th, Mayor Ding Chun received the delegation of Tilburg headed by Wim van de Donk, Commissioner of the North Brabant province of the Netherlands.

Ding said that this year marks the 20th anniversary of the sister-city relationship between Changzhou and Tilburg. The two cities have made fruitful exchanges in economy, trade, culture, tourism, logistics and other areas. He hoped that the two sides will continue to deepen friendship and extend cooperation.

Wim van de Donk hoped to work with Changzhou to enhance the sister-city relationship, and to explore a new mode of friendly exchanges.

During their stay in Changzhou, the delegates visited the Changzhou Radio and Television Station and Changzhou Government Service Center.

Tilburg is is a city in the Netherlands, in the southern province of North Brabant. It is the second largest city in North Brabant, and the sixth largest in the Netherlands. In 2014, Tilburg and Changzhou co-established the China-Netherlands Aviation Industrial Park in Changzhou.
