On November 3rd, the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, in conjunction with the provincial Health Commission, selected eight companies across the province as model employers for providing childcare services. Chenfeng Group Co., Ltd. From Changzhou made the list and received support funds of 20,000 yuan.

Chenfeng Group, in collaboration with Horizons Education, has established the "Chenfeng Future Home" childcare center. With an investment of 2 million yuan, the center, adopting a day-care model, provides free childcare services for the children of 3,000 employees, which has created a positive and nurturing environment for their growth. The institute is staffed with four early childhood teachers, two nursery teachers, one health care provider, and one logistics personnel, ensuring standardized management and delivering professional care for the children.

As of writing, two companies from Changzhou have received provincial or higher-level honors in the field of childcare. In 2022, Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. was selected as a national employer for supportive childcare service, the first company from Changzhou to win such honor.
