From July 14 to 17, a nine-member delegation headed by Markku Partinen, Senior China Advisor of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK), Finland, visited Changzhou. The visit aims to promote exchanges and cooperation between Changzhou and Satakunta in the field of wood products under the framework of the LEF China project of EU.

On the morning of July 15, Shen Liang, deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, had a meeting with the delegation at the Administration Center. After showing the “Hello Changzhou” city promotional video, representatives of Changzhou International Investment Promotion Center and Tianning District Investment Promotion Center respectively introduced the basic situation of Changzhou and the industrial structure of Tianning. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on exchanges and cooperation in the future.

During their stay in Changzhou, the delegates also visited the historic conservation area of Qingguoxiang.
